Wendy Falcon is a writing coach, author and yoga teacher with a 600hr RYT certification. Practiced in the lineages of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Katonah and Kundalini Yoga. She provides practical wisdom and the skills to make it applicable in your daily life. While she is known for her direct approach to growth and inner-development, it is her open hearted and compassionate teaching style that sets her apart and creates a safe space for transformation.
