Privacy Policy

This website, wendyfalcon.com, is run by Wendy Falcon (Masterheart) in Scottsdale, Arizona. This page says what the site notices about you, why, and what you can do about it. I keep it plain on purpose.
What the site collects, and why
When you visit. Like most websites, this one counts visitors. I use Google Analytics to see how many people read each page, roughly where they are (city level), what kind of device they use, and how long they stay. It uses a small cookie so it can tell a returning visitor from a new one. It does not know your name or email. I use this to learn which letters people actually read.
The site also carries a Meta (Facebook) pixel. It tells Meta which pages were visited so that any ads I run reach people who have shown interest. Meta's own privacy policy covers what Meta does with that.
The site runs on Kajabi, which sets its own cookies to keep you signed in and to remember what is in your cart.
When you sign up. If you join my letter, download a guide, or register for a workshop or course, I keep the name and email address you give me. I use them to send you what you asked for and my weekly letter. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and it works the first time.
When you book or buy. Clarity Calls are booked through Kajabi's scheduling tool, which keeps your name, email and the time you chose. Purchases go through Kajabi Payments. Your card details go to the payment processor, not to me; I never see or store them.
Who else handles this information
- Kajabi hosts the site, the email list, bookings and checkout.
- Google (Analytics) and Meta (pixel) receive the visit data described above.
- Kajabi Payments processes payments.
- My letters are also published on Substack, which has its own privacy policy and is separate from this site.
I do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Your choices
- To stop my emails: click unsubscribe at the bottom of any email, or write to me.
- To see or delete what I have about you: email info@wendyfalcon.com and I will take care of it.
- To block the visitor counting: use your browser's cookie settings, or Google's Analytics opt-out add-on for your browser.
- To limit what Meta does with your activity: adjust your ad settings inside your Facebook or Instagram account.
Children
This site and my work are for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves.
