You're not working on what makes you feel alive. You're working on what makes you feel like you're living.
Change the way you think, feel and approach what matters to you most, so you feel like yourself again, and alive in your own life. With Wendy Falcon.
October 20 to January 26 · Tuesdays, 11:00 AM Arizona · Up to fourteen people · $1,500 · Enrollment open
Join the founding roundEvery session is in your library the same day, so you can watch it again and catch something new.
You're doing so many great things.
2:00 PMYou're working on something you're good at.
Something doable, something that moves the day forward. It doesn't move your evolution forward. What you say you really want gets breathed through a straw, instead of being the main focus and priority of your life.
9:00 PMYou know you can do it, and you feel like you can't.
Both at once. You'd say you don't have the bandwidth right now.
You never lost it. You tuned it out, shut it down, closed off access to it, to be a good girl or boy and color inside the lines.

Your own thoughts have so much momentum. And they know exactly what will grab your attention, so the reasons you don't do what you said you would sound completely reasonable.
The three voices at 9 PM are a merry-go-round. I'm thinking bad, I have to think good. I'm thinking good, it's only a matter of time. Round and round, and the whole time it keeps you from seeing what you're actually doing and not doing. Because if you don't see it, you don't have to do anything about it. And if you do see it, you're going to have to do something about it.
Most people stay in their head and don't know they're in their head. They think their head is reality. And the longer that goes on, the longer nothing really changes.
Most people come to me wanting confidence. In this work, we begin with clarity and feeling grounded in yourself. As you become more present to what's happening, you can see your options more clearly and trust your own choices.
The story you've been living by isn't only in your head. It's in your body, your emotions, and your everyday choices. Unwriting it means learning to recognize those old conclusions and working with the reactions they bring up, so you have more freedom in how you respond.
What you want is to get off the merry-go-round and be at choice. To do the thing that makes you feel alive, and have it be the main focus and priority of your life, instead of the thing you breathe through a straw. To think your own thoughts, follow your own inner yeses, and have the choice be easy. Simple, at least, even where it doesn't feel easy at first. That's free will, and most people are running off scripts instead. It starts the moment you can see the whole of it, the good and the bad, and choose.

Finding the place in you that can. Which is really finding yourself.
And in that finding: discernment, clarity, decisiveness, resourcefulness, brilliance.
Not more ideas. You've read the books, you've done the personal development work. This is a live space, twelve Tuesdays, where we work with what gets in the way, so you can meet your life with more clarity and less strain. Aerated soil you can be planted in to grow, with a room of people who are growing too, and me there to have your back.
The free workshop asks you to make a promise to grow and go beyond. The course is where you make that promise to your own life, and live it.
"Other coaching was too heady, concepts non-applicable. I wanted embodied, livable change."

More at home in yourself and the life you're living.
We look at the conclusions you've been living by and how they show up in your body and everyday life, so you can choose differently.
Across twelve Tuesdays, we uncover the story you're living from, unwrite it, and write from a blank page. Seven teaching and coaching sessions, with five body sessions woven between them. What I've watched happen in the body sessions: people breathe easier and feel a shift right away. They can do more than they thought, and it's easier than they thought.
What you get every week
On the surface it looks like meditation, some body reading, coaching. Underneath, you're gaining clarity, confidence, vitality, and the kind of optimism that comes from a deeper, truer connection to yourself, your life, and your options.
Ninety minutes on Zoom, cameras on, with an optional stay for questions.
Thanksgiving week and the two holiday weeks off. January 26 is our completion session.
The last session.
Here is what I've watched happen to people who do this work, and what this room is built for.
"Wendy helped me become clear on what I really wanted. I am so grateful for the beauty and peace in my life."

You've done the work, read the books, and you're still knowing better instead of living better.
You have a destiny that involves your growth. There's a commitment seated in you to grow and expand and be who you're here to be, and you know, or have a real sense of, what you want.
You want to live this, not collect more ideas. You'll be there live on Tuesdays with your camera on, and you'll say yes to the moves that move you forward.
If that's you, this room was built for you.
If you need this to be private, that's my one-to-one work, and it's open.
If you can't be there live on most Tuesdays, wait for a later round. The recordings are a backup, not the course.
I'm Wendy Falcon. I started on Wall Street, added real estate, then found yoga and meditation: the mat.
Twenty years of teaching the body side of change, and now coaching in Scottsdale and online. This work thrived in rooms for years before I put it anywhere online people could find it.
I waited eleven years to do one thing for myself that took seven days. That's the reason this course exists. I know the merry-go-round from the inside, and I know the place in you that can, because I had to find mine.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will I get my turn?
Yes. You're taking part the whole time: answering questions, breathing, moving, meditating, and experiencing yourself in a new way each Tuesday. There are many chances to share, to answer, to be seen and heard, which people love. It's an intuitive room, so your turn comes naturally, out of what you need and what will help you most. Some of the biggest aha moments come when someone else says the words you hadn't even considered saying out loud, and that does as much for you as sharing yourself. After every session there's a 30-minute window for Q&A and deeper dives.
Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching, breath, and body-based practice. It isn't counseling or medical treatment, and it isn't a substitute for a licensed provider. People often come to me when the support they've found has taken them as far as it can, and they want what they've worked hard to understand to show up in how they live.
Is there yoga in it?
Yes, in five of the twelve sessions. The other seven are teaching and coaching. I fit the body sessions to what your body can actually do, so you don't need a yoga background and you don't need to be flexible. You'll need a mat, two blocks, two blankets or bath towels, and a strap. I'll tell you the week before which Tuesdays we use them.
Will the sessions be on replay?
Yes. Every session is in your library the same day, and it stays there through July 26, 2027. Come live whenever you can. That's where your turn happens.
What happens after I join?
You get a welcome email with the calendar, the Zoom link, and your first assignment. Your course library opens with a Start Here page. October 20, we begin.
Tomorrow at 2 PM you'll be working on something you're good at. It will move the day forward.
The question is whether it moves you.
Start working on what makes you feel alive.
