Yoga teacher, author and writing coach. Wendy Falcon has over 15 years experience in the vinyasa, ashtanga and hatha yoga practices. She has a background in investments, fitness and health and is a 600hr RYT with a special certification as a Katonah Yoga teacher. She is based in Phoenix Arizona and offers yoga, breath-work, Meditation and coaching. Wendy delivers energetic classes and workshops and uses her skillful and playful approach to encourage people to “live fully with freedom”. She is a contributor to some of the leading personal development courses and has published three books, Turn Your Life Insight Out, Shoe Town ( children’s book) and Turn Your Life Outside In.
Wendy is a passionate yogini who sets an amazing example through the work she does for others both on and off the mat. She teaches students awareness of their body, mind and soul through skillful measurement and deeper understanding of themselves.
