CHICKEN BALSAMIC: Balsamic glazed chicken breast with grilled kabocha squash, carrot, parsnip, eggplant and olive pesto sauce

CHICKEN TURMERIC: Pasture-raised chicken breast with puree of potato and fennel, cauliflower, green peas, carrot, red peppers and turmeric sauce

PORK CHOP SOUR CHERRY: Natural pork chop with potato puree, sauteed leafy greens, green beans and sour cherry sauce

SALMON CAKE: Alaskan salmon cake with riced cauliflower, julienne carrots, zucchini, yellow squash and red bell pepper with avocado/basil sauce

STEAK ANCHO: Grass-fed steak with wilted kale, seared avocado, roasted plantain, romaine lettuce sauteed with key lime and ancho pepper/orange sauce
