About this retreat

There is a dream you keep returning to — the one that feels almost too big to say out loud. A Dream Retreat is a week to stop circling it and start living toward it, in one of the most beautiful places on earth.

For seven nights you'll wake above the sea in a restored 1741 villa, move through daily yoga, breathwork, and meditation, and write your way toward the life that's been waiting for you. Diane and Wendy hold the space so the dream stops being something you visit in your imagination and becomes the spark — and the structure — of what you do next. This is a dream vacation and the beginning of a bigger, more generous life, the kind that ends up serving far more people than your own.

The villa

Villa San Giacomo

One of the largest and most beautiful villas on the Amalfi Coast, built in 1741 and lovingly restored to its full splendor. Frescoed ceilings, three sea-facing terraces, an infinity pool, gardens of lemon and orange trees, and a professional kitchen at the heart of it all. Every room is private and ensuite, with its own terrace and view of the Tyrrhenian Sea — cared for by a full villa staff throughout your stay.

Your days

Yoga, breath, stillness, writing — and the whole of the coast

Morning yoga & breath

Gentle, grounding practice on the terrace as the coast wakes — movement and breathwork to settle the nervous system and open the day.

Led by Wendy

Meditation & writing

Guided meditation and writing to quiet the noise and let the truer, bigger dream put itself into words.

Led by Wendy

Coaching & integration

Time with Wendy — the spark and the support — to turn what surfaces into a real, livable next step.

Led by Wendy

Sailing to Capri

A day sailing to the island of Capri — sea grottoes, swimming stops, and lunch served on board.

Led by Diane

A cooking class with Mamma Agata

Four generations of Amalfi cooking high above Ravello — garden lemons, a long table, a kitchen that still feels like home.

Led by Diane

The Path of the Gods

The famed cliffside walk high above the sea — sweeping views, terraced hills, and the quiet of the mountains.

Led by Diane
More than a mastermind

Most rooms like this work on the business. Very few help you remember what you actually wanted before the plan took over. A Masterheart goes to the want underneath — the real desire that made you build any of this in the first place. That's not woo; it's the most practical thing there is. People who are clear on what they want decide faster, waste less, and build something that serves far more than themselves.

A mastermind sharpens the plan. A Masterheart makes sure it's the right one.

Included excursions

Sailing to Capri

We trade the terrace for the water: a full day sailing to the island of Capri. Drift into the sea grottoes, swim in water the color of glass, and gather for a long lunch served on board as the coastline slips by.

A cooking class with Mamma Agata

High above the sea in Ravello, Mamma Agata's family has cooked the food of the Amalfi Coast for four generations — a kitchen that has quietly fed Hollywood stars and royalty, yet still feels like home. You'll cook with lemons picked that morning, learn a few simple recipes kept only in memory, then gather at a long table over everything you've made, the whole coast spread below.

The Path of the Gods

The most famous walk on the Amalfi Coast, the Sentiero degli Dei winds along the cliffs high above the sea, through terraced vineyards and lemon groves, with views that reach all the way to Capri. A gentle, unforgettable morning on foot — as much meditation as hike.

Chez Black, Positano beachfront

Farewell dinner at Chez Black

Accommodations

Choose your room

Every guest has a private, ensuite room. A Dream Retreat is sold by the room — so you either reserve a room for yourself, or bring someone and share it at the per-person rate.

How the rooms work. Each suite is priced at $17,750 — perfect for a couple, or for friends comfortable sharing a king-size bed. The per-person price of $8,875 assumes two guests share the room. Rooms are sold at their full price even for single occupancy, so if you'd like a suite to yourself it's $17,750 — just contact us. Attic rooms, tucked under the eaves without a private terrace, are $15,750 per room ($7,875 per person, double).

Villa entrance over the sea
Getting there

Arriving in Positano

Fly into Naples International Airport (NAP), about 37 miles north — roughly 1.5 to 2 hours by private transfer to the villa. Rome Fiumicino (FCO) is a comfortable alternative if it's a more direct route from your city. We recommend arriving Friday, May 14, the day before, and staying nearby so you begin rested. We're glad to help arrange your transfer.

Good to know

How many people will be at the retreat?

A Dream Retreat is an intimate gathering of between 12 and 24 guests.

Where do I fly into?

Fly into Naples International Airport (NAP), about 37 miles (1.5–2 hours by private transfer) from Positano. Rome Fiumicino (FCO) is a common alternative if it offers a more direct route from your city, followed by a transfer or train.

When should I arrive?

We recommend arriving on Friday, May 14, the day before, and staying nearby so you arrive rested. Villa check-in is Saturday, May 15 from 4:00 pm; check-out is Saturday, May 22.

Is there a payment plan?

Yes — a deposit reserves your room, with the balance due ahead of the retreat. Ask us about an installment plan.

How does single vs. double occupancy work?

Rooms are sold whole. Two guests can share a room at the per-person (double) rate, or you can reserve a room entirely for yourself at the full room price. If you'd like a room to yourself, just let us know.

What level of fitness is required?

The villa and Positano sit on a hillside with steps and sloping paths, and the Path of the Gods is a gentle hike. The practice itself is adaptable for all levels.

Reservations & refund policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your room. The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival.

Because rooms are limited and held exclusively for our group, payments are non-refundable; if your plans change, we'll do our best to help you reschedule or transfer your place subject to availability.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance — ideally with a Cancel-For-Any-Reason option — at the time you book, so your investment is protected if the unexpected arises.
