Mental Media
You can read the right book on a Sunday, yet by Thursday the week looks exactly the same. Call it a discipline problem, a willpower problem. Underneath both is this: your thoughts are thinking you.
Your own thoughts work like an algorithm. They know exactly what will hold your attention, and they know you far better than any advertising company ever will. They have had your whole life to learn you. That is why the reasons you don't do the thing sound so convincing. They were made for you.
I call it mental media. And you cannot discipline yourself past it, because you can do a discipline and still have all your attention lost in those captivating thoughts.
There is one place mental media cannot fool: your body. That is where we will work.
You will leave having...
Seen how your thoughts have been thinking you. The tendencies, the repetition, the jingles: catchy thoughts on repeat that stop you. Caught in the act, on the page in front of you.
Found the place in you that can keep your promises to yourself. Not as an idea. In your body, in the room, with me guiding you there.
Felt the difference, not just understood it. And a real sense of who you are, beyond the mental idea of who you think you are.
How the room works
This is not a webinar. It is a real working session: I teach one thing, you write, we practice together (breath and stillness, all of it doable in a chair), and one volunteer works with me live so you can watch the catch happen in real time. Cameras on. Come as you are.
Free · live only · seats are real, the room is kept small
