How much time does this take each week?
Two to three hours a week live, plus about fifteen minutes a day on your own. And before you count the hours: this is not one more thing on your plate. It's a training in letting go. You will not be asked for more effort. You'll use the time to put the most important things in your life back on top, instead of on the same level with everything else.
I've done years of therapy. What would this add?
This gives you a real sense of who you are in your body, and the deeper understanding that comes with that. It adds to good therapy. It never replaces it.
What if I've bought programs before and got nothing?
Then you already know how to tell surface from depth, and that cost you something. Use that discernment here. I once paid twelve thousand dollars for a course and took one thing away. I wove that one thing into the work I do today, and the returns are astronomical. You take a course and you make sure you get a return from it. You don't want to stop one course away from what could support you in ways you haven't imagined yet.
When does it start and what does it cost?
We meet Tuesdays at 11:00am Arizona time. The dates: September 29 · October 6, 13, 20, 27 · November 3, 10, 17 · December 1, 8, and 15, then a reunion session on January 5. Twelve sessions in all, with the holidays honored (no sessions Thanksgiving week or over Christmas and New Year's). The founding round is $1,500. Can't make one live? Every session is recorded, and the replay is in your library the same day.
Do I have to share in front of the group?
No. Sharing is completely optional. Cameras stay on, because this is a real, active experience, not a passive one: the active part is what makes it valuable. We're all participating, contributing, writing in the chat. And if a group format is truly challenging emotionally, talk to me about one on one. The goal is never to force yourself through something you don't want. It's to make the changes that benefit your life so much that you're willing to move through the discomfort it takes to make them.
How do I know if this is right for me?
